About Us

Pacific Acoustics is a national leader in open-structure ceiling cleaning, suspended ceiling restoration, wall and surface cleaning, and equipment sanitization — serving clients across all 50 states.

Our mission is simple: to deliver cleaner, brighter, and safer environments through unmatched experience, innovation, and dedication.

Founded in 1983 by Keith Coffeen, Pacific Acoustics began humbly in a small garage with just $500 and a vision for excellence. Keith built the company the hard way — door to door, job by job — personally working long nights cleaning ceilings for aerospace manufacturers and McDonald’s restaurants. His determination, integrity, and hands-on commitment laid the foundation for the trusted national brand PAC is today.
